The one I referenced is just the check list. The brochure covers more and is better made than the check list. It contains an english version of the check list.
So maybe it could be used for reference at least for beginners. Apart from the emergency agencies, broadcasting and phone numbers some of it could be applied outside of Germany too.
Our copyright law does not allow to reprint the brochure. The PDF however can be used and e. g. transferred to a smartphone or an ebook reader.
