Re: focusing on bear or wolf attacks -- that's probably like focusing on plane disasters, serial killers, or mass shootings. We're more likely to die falling down a staircase or driving to work every morning, but somehow we accept that. "What can we do? We have to go to work!" Many die everyday in car accidents, and we don't blink an eye. But if a plane crashes on the rarest of occasion, we give it our full attention. Consequently, after watching Avalanche Sharks, I am now afraid to go to ski resorts for fear of shark attacks. Did you know those things swim around in the snow? Once they get their dorsal fin between your skis, you're as good as gone!
