Not a "For Sale" post, but...

Okay, I've read the rules regarding "For Sale" posts, and I am not selling anything. However, I am not familiar with the rules regarding posting Amazon Wish Lists. If the mods allow it, I think it would be a great way to gift certain members based on contributions to the forum, advice, or just even friends you have made. If this is not allowed, Blast, or any other Mod, please alert me and delete this post. If this is allowed, I would like to see other members follow suit and post their amazon wishlist. You can make multiple lists and only share the ones you want if you don't want everyone seeing that embarrassing thing you want. So, without further adieu, here is my current wish list.
Redacted for now.
The Pink Streamlight and Purple Olight are for my girlfriend. I'm trying to get her to carry some EDC essentials more. Yes, I know there are too many flashlights, but I lost my Surefire Fury not too long ago, and am looking to replace it, but currently unable to.
I am posting this because my birthday is March 15th, and I will be the ripe young age of 22.

Understood. I reviewed the rules and could not find anything regarding Wish Lists, whether from Amazon or another 3rd party site. I, personally, think it would be a great, non-binding way for members to help other members. It provides a great understanding of what certain members need or want, while unobtrusively allowing another member the option to anonymously gift that item.
I understand that neither Doug Ritter or ETS benefit or profit from any 3rd party transactions that may occur, but in the case that a member may want to give another member a gift, (a case involving another member and I soon after I joined the forum comes to mind) that member would have to be given the other member's address. I trust a great number of members here, and I'm incredibly thankful to that member for being as absolutely generous as he was (you know who you are). However, third party sites allow for your address to remain completely anonymous, even your name if you so choose, while allowing anyone to give you a gift that you really want. Some members of this forum may not like for another member to know their address, or even their name, and I believe allowing this would allow peace-of-mind in those members.
If there is a rule that states this is not allowed, I will follow it without further discussion, but I would like to argue my case in the event that such a rule does not exist or is to be implemented.

We are always giving free advice and opinions on this site. What more could one ever want?

I want some free stuff, too. Where do I sign up? Amazon. We are always giving free advice and opinions on this site. What more could one ever want? Advice is great and always appreciated. Opinions are one thing, but vary wildly. What I would like is a non-binding option for members to help or support other members that does not involve the exchange of addresses or cash. This isn't a gofundme link, it is simply a link to my Amazon wish list. Sounds like a new web site for an enterprising person. The link has since been detracted. See previous point about "it is simply a link to my Amazon wish list. If you click on it, it simply takes you to my wish list, allowing you the option of purchasing an item or just moving on. Non-contractual, non-binding, and free of any information from both parties.
