Note: This thread is called "Random Stories" for a reason. Moving the subject from flashlights to coffee is perfectly legit.

Les -- caved to the pressure and ordered a K3 head with an extension tube to allow a second 18650. In my haste I ordered two Nitecore 18650 2600mAh batteries, this will be a good light for them.

"I feel like we need something to go with this coffee." With her cup of decaf, Jeanette stands among the small gathering talking Java. She looks at hikermor with a quizzical expression. "Your taste buds were shot off?"

"Yes," Hikermor sheepishly relied..."It's actually an advantage when you eat Army chow."

Jeanette considers what it would take to shoot one's taste buds. The problem, she considers, is that such a shot would damage other areas. "Where exactly were you shot?"

I like Via. It is one of the few instants that actually tastes like good coffee. That's what I keep in the kits I take walking.

Jeanette smiles. She came here to discuss flashlights; she's having more fun talking coffee. "Good set up, Herman. That's how you make coffee."
