The trick is, I will only be in each spot a couple of weeks at a time. I might be in Spain, Virginia, Djbouti, College Station (New Home to be), Bahrain, etc. so learning the local area will be spotty at best.

This has to become an everywhere kit that can go in a checked bag to a foreign country like California or Bahrain.
When I am in the United States, I will have every benefit of the Bill of Rights, so I will go Texan.
