I liked the Mountain Hardwear Mtn.Speed sleeping bag and the Ghost Whisperer Down Jacket - that's a high end! The rest is more like an often questionable personal choice, and not that impressive to recommend to every traveler. Perhaps only as a necessities set example? However many necessities aren't covered at all. Like underwear, socks, hat, hygiene, tools, e.t.c. And there is no much of analysis of choices made provided, e.g. "have a pair of each piece of clothes type for redundancy" was definitely followed, but not explained. Indeed, a hipster style of sharing ideas as well
