Looks like a cheap pup tent. I'll bet you will have problems with condensation. Couldn't find any information on what the item weighs, but for equivalent weight or less, I would much prefer a bivvy sack. Most are somewhat more costly, but you get what you pay for....

I have spent many comfortable nights in bivvy sacks, and when I want to save on weight, that is what I use.
