Don't blame Pulver Tech. That's my doing and that is standard practice for special order items. I don't have the bucks to order things and then discover somebody has changed their mind or their card's gone south, or whatever. This isn't a real business and Pulver Tech is kind enough to run these credit cards for me at their cost. So, whether its an ETS Sebenza or these Autographed PSPs, you get charged before I place the order. It's the only way I can afford to operate and I apologize if that wasn't clear. I will try to make sure that if I ever do any similar project again it is made more clear.
