Those of you that justify 4-wheel drive houses with running water for emergency "bug out" scenerios (wheather short term or long term) should go see the movie "Deep Impact" for about 24 hours straight. All of you will end up in huge traffic jams except for motorcycles and foot travelers, and in the end, just foot travelers will continue on.
