Some Thoughts that Come to me, on it are, that Certainly if said People Weren't on Cocaine or Other Drugs to Begin With!, -They Wouldn't Have Been Tased! / Died / Possibly Pushed Over the Edge! And if said Inmate Weren't Uncooperatively Fighting with the Guards, He Wouldn't Have Been Tased, Nor Died either! (I Know Guards Aren't Always Totally Noble either, -But Let's Face It! A Lot of Crooks and Inmates Fight with Guards / Authorities! When it's in Their Best Interests that they Really Shouldn't! )

What Ever Happened to just Being a Good Citizen, Girl, or Boy! And *Remembering (and Acting Accordingly with) What you Learned Back in School Days!, -About Drugs Being Bad and All!
