I am in Canada and this tape can be purchased at many stores here that cater to the outdoor crowd, meaning everyone from campers to hikers to mountaineers to fishing/hunting fans.

I am sure if you checked on Ebay or other online outlets, you may find it a decent purchase and shipping cost.
