I ordered some challenge coins from Products for Good for Christmas. No affiliation, other than blown away by their customer service.

The coins arrived in a dented case, and it seems I ordered an incorrect coin. I sent an email, figuring to hear back sometime next St. Swithin's day. To my surprise, the COMPANY PRESIDENT called me the same day, like an hour later. He squared away my order with no hassle, letting me keep the original coins and sending me the correct set; with the promise I would give away those coins to someone who deserved them, "pay it forward". That won't be a problem. Figured this forum has enough vets/police/fire fighters/paramedics who may be interested in the coins. Check them out.
