Well apparently we had quite a few calls today from business customers about their lack of Internet Access due to SuperStorm St Jude.

After extensive investigations their Broadband Internet Access problems were diagnosed by asking the customers as to the status of the light bulb in the room.

BTW has anyone seen NatGeo's American Blackout yet!
