Saw this on YouTube. Though not a PSK, may still be of interest.

Pretty cool! I really like the zip-tie in the lining idea. Also, the single-use tubes of glue or whatever is brilliant IMHO.

Very nice, indeed. I have a very similar kit of compact repair goodies in my EDC GHB bag. But I'm not so much constrained with such a tiny pouch. So, in addition, I have a decent butane soldering iron with various tips, compact digital multimeter, full size metal measuring tape, and so on...

I agree with MoBOB, that the most impressive feature of the video is the creative use of the limited storage space in the pouch.

Another comment: I thought the use of the plastic wallet insert was a brilliant use of that. Who needs pictures of DW (DH, depending on the situation), DD, and/or DS when you are trying to fix something?

Lots of good ideas here, I will use several. I do wonder what he intends to do with it, there are two knives in the case (and I would hope at least one in his pocket) as well as a razor blade and several other cutting tools. When space is short, duplication is not always a good thing.

Respectfully,

Jerry

He printed a folding ruler. I use a short piece of a common cloth sewing ruler available at any sewing shop. Strong and has lasted for years.

In general, I think the purpose was to show that you can have a functional basic kit that could easily fit into the glove compartment or similarly small spaces if you do not have a full-blown toolbox in the trunk - maybe. The duplication issue is a good question.

As a further question: What, besides glues of various sorts, would you carry in the straw ampoules?
