ILJeepGuy: (Hope I parsed your ID right.) I use the Suunto Clipper compass. You can disassemble it right down to the button, or leave the bezel and strap casing intact.

In practice, I don't seal my PSK, but hold it shut with the velcro-based strap from the Clipper. So the strap is outside my Altoids tin, and the compass is inside the tin.

In use, the strap could be reattached to the compass to make it a wrist compass.
