The description for the diving wetsuit reads:

"The Cryptic Pattern makes it difficult for the shark to see the wearer in the water column by using disruptive coloration and shaping from the perspective of a predatory shark. The pattern is not only difficult for the shark to see but is also designed to blend in with the background colours."

But what about the BCD, fins, air tank, etc.? These things will cover up some of the torso. So even if the Cryptic Pattern will do its job, divers can't allow it to do its job.

The company's FAQ recognizes this problem. Its response? "At this stage maximum protection is afforded by maximum coverage. Further testing is being undertaken to be applied to other equipment besides wetsuits." So I guess that means this doesn't work well for divers.
