Your G80 is not a limited slip, it is a delayed locker, i.e. when it engages there is no (limited) slip, its all or nothing.
Most AWD systems attempt to distribute power to both the front and back with some kind of clutch system, basically a limited slip between front and rear hence us seeing a front and rear wheel spinning.
Tires make all the difference though, plus as I mentioned in the other thread when we travel there is a few hundred lbs of gear in the back
Anyone tried the BFG T/A's. The A/T's took 4mpg away I'm wondering if I can get something more in the middle.
