Doug,

When I was in the military that happened about twice a year for me. I just brought over the trash can and swiped the whole desk into it. I figured if someone hadn't asked for whatever it was on my desk in that time, neither I nor they needed it. It worked!!

I am glad you had a personal miracle. I know we all are more than grateful for your efforts.

I work in a painfully typical office cube environment. After 20 years in business I've had my office moved enough that I've trimmed my "stuff" down to TWO boxes, my chair, and my computer gear (monitor, ...).

By the time I retire I hope to just walk out the door with a big grin on my face.

A belated Merry Christmas to all at ETS.

I'm down in Houston visiting the parents, so we got to experience the fun power outages all day. On, then off, then on, then off. Repeat all day until about 9 or 10 pm. Probably did some serious damage to the appliances around here.

Made me long for my generator and junction box back at home. The tornado warnings made me long for my basement storm shelter. What is with Texans and not wanting to dig basements? I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

My daughters (5 and 9) certainly enjoyed the opportunity to use their new headlamps they got for Christmas though...

Greg
