Thanks canoedogs. And thanks for another inspiring video! (Loved the apron too, btw!)

I googled for single servings of peanut butter and found this british web shop:

http://www.sachetsandmore.com/product.php?ProductID=1181

So I made an order and now just wait and see.

Ordering within Europe there is no tax to be paid as it would be if ordering from USA.
Besides some food products are even prohibited for ordering to Europe.
Since I donīt know all the restrictions itīs safer if items are available on this side on the Big Pond.

For lunches I really like the small tins of flavoured tuna, like these Clover Leaf ones (I really like the spicy thai chili). I've paired these either with a bagel or some crackers (you can also buy the snack kits that come with crackers, but they aren't quite enough for an actual meal on their own when outdoors).

Whole grain goodness, better texture than rice or potatoes, just add hot water and allow to soak. Edible hot as pilaf, cold as tabbouleh, keeps a long time. Premixed in single portions with dried carrots, onions, peas in a ziplock is my preference, tho premix with brown sugar and cinnamon is a pleasing breakfast gruel.
