Advantage of having a SAK with a blade is that it is a better knife to loan to someone who needs a blade than the Ritter Mini-Grip in my other front pocket.

People sometimes get stupid about what they see as this huge knife. No, a Gerber LST is NOT a Bowie knife; happened to me once.

Leatherman has a retired tool, the knifeless fuse. Substitutes a file for the standard knife. But at 6 oz., may be too heavy for what you want. And hard to find now.

I like that knifeless Fuse. I will search eBay to see if I can find one. Thanks!

I like the phillips screwdriver built into the inside of the tool rather than off of the bottom as most are these days.

It's an "Explorer." One of the best and one of my personal favorite models. The "Explorer Pro" they sell now comes with the eyeglasses screw driver, straight pin and space pen now. If you like this model a lot you should see about picking up a new "Explorer Pro." They're like $25 on Amazon. I've got a couple vintage ones in my collection I whip out now and then for fun.

These looks likee just the SAK I've been looking for. Thanks guys!
