There are always plenty of ideas/opinions on the newest knife or flashlight, but how about fish hooks? What style/brand/type of hook do you think is the all around best for a kit? Just thought I'd ask the question, I just bought some "Tru Turn" hooks and some "Circle" hooks I'm going to try out when time and weather (have to admit it, I'm a fair weather fisherman) permit.
Anybody got any comments on the topic?

I usually use Gamakatsu competion hooks. The point is bend slightly to the shank. Those hooks are really sharp and grab quickly.They are fine for freshwater. For a fresh water kit hooks for fishing with boilies may be best. Those hooks are made hook the fish without action from the fisherman but you have to be careful when you handle them. I don´t use them much.

I use Tru Turn hooks for pan fish with good luck.I have been curious about circle hooks.Please give us a revue on both if you could.I'm sure it would be appreciated by all on the forum.Tanx in advance...
