Okay, guys- Woot has a few deals that are really good! First off is the 750 ml Titanium Esbit pot! It comes with a stuff sack and is about $15 cheaper than I'm seeing it elsewhere. Not bad for Ti! The only question mark I have is that I don't know if it nests with a Nalgene like the Snow Peak brand one does. There are also a couple cheapie hammocks that might be okay for car camping.

The next is a good price on a wide variety of sleeping bags. None are amazing, zero-degree mountaineering bags but all are very, very cheap and would be excellent for family camping or outfitting a scout troop for summer/spring/early fall trips. Some are rated to "20 F" but with bags ratings don't mean much (as I'm sure everyone knows!). But several bags are under $20, and there's a deal on a pair of mummy bags for $20!!! As in two-for-$20! And one things about Woot is that shipping is $5...and once you order you get all-you-can-ship for $5 for the entire 24-hour period. Not bad!

Lastly, they have some good prices on some High Sierra lumbar packs. On my last trip to my local Scheel's All-Sport store these same packs were selling for $25-$50. I haven't used this brand but they felt well stitched and sturdy.

Again, standard disclaimer- I'm not affiliated with Woot beyond being a rabid Woot-junkie! grin

At 4" diameter, they should nest handily with a 3 3/4" diameter one liter Nalgene. I just measured mine.

Does anyone know where I might find a pot very similar to the one posted above, but made of steel or aluminium (or any other material that is less expensive)? I just can't bring myself to pay that much for titanium, which I don't need. The size, configuration and features of that pot/lid look like just what I want, but not the expensive material it is constructed of. Thanks.

Check REI - they feature a wide variety of cups, pots, and the like. They have a GSI cup that weighs very similar (4 oz) and costs about ten bucks. They also offer the Snow Peak 700 for essentially the same price as the Woot deal, but you can count on a 10 per cent dividend if you are a member (as I have been since the earth cooled).

I would point out that while the sleeping bag deals are pretty good, one can get a used military surplus sleeping bag of much higher quality on eBay for around $20 shipped.
