Thank goodness you're OK after surviving your own self inflicted 'Widow Maker'. Operating chainsaws (I'm assuming here) to cut tree limbs at higher elevation above ground (feet not firmly on the ground) can lead to all sorts of accidents. Were you wearing your head and eye protection? It sounds like this 'Widow Maker' probably would have knocked you out regardless.
