For the other women on this board: the body warmers that have adhesive for sticking inside clothing are also good for menstrual cramps...heat often helps more than taking NSAIDs and this is a way to have that option when out and about if you are someone who gets bad cramps. Those rice bags you stick in the microwave are great at home, not so practical elsewhere.
