I recall one of the other members saying they were considering a Coleman style cooler with wheels for their 72 hr. BOB which might be spent in a communitiy shelter. I would most definitely want a lockable, strong case like the Pelican line of products that will accomadate a large lock.

I don't smoke, never have, but if I assembled a 72 hr. BOB, I would put in cigarettes, extra sugar, toilet paper, and coffee. Then you would have some major bargaining power at the site for those that were not prepared.
