Just became a member here, it looks like a nice group of people here.

We hope to contribute to the discussions here and learn as much as I can here.

We are Dan & Sheila and we live in the Cibola Wilderness here in New Mexico. Been off the grid and living in the wilds of new mexico for the last 7 years...

Thanks for a great site

Welcome to ETS, Dan and Sheila! You'll find a great group of folks here. Everyone's always willing to share their experience, thoughts and, most of the time, even their recipes. Pull up a camp chair up to the fire and have fun!

Welcome to the fire Non-Griddies (I just made that up). You will have a great time here. As MDinana and Jac said, we welcome you and the unique perspective you will offer. Be sure to go the AROUND THE CAMPFIRE forum and read the ETS Acronyms post. It will help clear the fog a little.

Again; welcome, welcome, welcome.

I'm not the oldest member here, but you caused me to look at my profile. Member #395. Almost 9 years. I don't visit here as much as I used to, but I still come back every once in awhile.

It's great to see that this place has stayed about the same all those years. Occasional flare ups here and there, but not much. Hopefully Doug and the others are doing well.

Welcome to the fire, pull up a log and let's palaver some. I am also looking forward to hearing your viewpoints on many subjects.

Years ago I worked in Hobbs, and later spent about a year in Mosquero on a CO2 secondary recovery program. Every few weeks I'd take off for projects at the BLM office in Sante Fe. Still cherish the memories of seeing the snow capped peaks of the Rockies off in the distance. One morning I woke up in Albuquerque and opened my door to a sky full of balloons. What incredible beauty wall to wall. New Mexico, a great place to be.

Welcome to the campfire!
