For those of us in the USA, it may be the dressings for the new McDonald’s salads. Newman’s Own Ranch Dressing packs 290 calories into a very tough little 2 ounce plastic film package. You get 30 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein per pack, plus 22 percent of the sodium you need for the day. Fat is quick fuel for the body, and the dressing is already a liquid so there’s no need to add water and heat, etc. Of course, 270 of those 290 calories come from fat, so if you’re on a diet or health conscious, you might want to skip this whole idea.

Then again, there was that guy who ate at McDonald’s every meal, every day for a month and damn near killed himself …

I'm standing in solidarity with Jose Bouvier against Le' MacDonalds . Give me Brie cheese, a baquet of bread, summer sausage and something potable. I will put it in a steamed wooden basket PSK with a woolen blanket and Opinel survival knife and Victorinox with corkscrew. In between the grim moments of survival that consume us 24/7 we need to live .

You know they're french when they ridicule your accent or spelling . How many latte' sucking, asphalt pounding southern Californians even know who he is, or what grand act against globalization he performed?- "marchons, marchons, aux barricades-" And consider the forum lucky we don't have realtime voice downloading.
