SAK midnight manager - blade, scissors, phillips and regular screwdrivers, nailfile and bottle opener, plus a red LED light (sure I've seen a white LED version but can't find it now) and a pen all in one.
None of these would be my first choice tool, but it is a lot of backup/redundancy in one tiny package.
