Well, you could keep a Photon3 (for instance, or an other tiny LED of same size), attached to a small quick connect device, hanging from a belt loop.
Instantly available light light (.. no typing error ...) ; no risk to accidentally discharge the battery (as can happen when that microlight is at the bottom of a pocket, with a bunch of keys pressing on it ...)
