No one I know of has that, don't think parkinson has anything to do with hunger.

To be sure, ask a doctor.

This sounds like low blood sugar. Get it check out.

Jeanette is correct it could very well be Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) that is causing it. It could also mean something else entirely. Signs (what you actually see) and symptoms (what you actually feel) of hypoglycemia.
Here are the signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia:
Adrenergic manifestations
Shakiness, anxiety, nervousness Palpitations, tachycardia Sweating, feeling of warmth Pallor, coldness, clamminess Dilated pupils (mydriasis) Feeling of numbness "pins and needles" (paresthesia)
Glucagon manifestations
Hunger, borborygmus Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort Headache
Neuroglycopenic manifestations
Abnormal mentation, impaired judgment Nonspecific dysphoria, moodiness, depression, crying, exaggerated concerns Negativism, irritability, belligerence, combativeness, rage Personality change, emotional lability Fatigue, weakness, apathy, lethargy, daydreaming, sleep Confusion, amnesia, dizziness, delirium Staring, "glassy" look, blurred vision, double vision Flashes of light in the field of vision Automatic behavior, also known as automatism Difficulty speaking, slurred speech Ataxia, incoordination, sometimes mistaken for "drunkenness" Focal or general motor deficit, paralysis, hemiparesis Paresthesia, headache Stupor, coma, abnormal breathing Generalized or focal seizures Dysmenorrhea
Only a doctor can accurately diagnose hypoglycemia (or any other problem accurately) through a series of tests. Other things to consider are age, weight, male or female, familial (family) history, stress levels, other medications, etc.
In other words you may be fine after eating (curious as to what is your meal schedule) may not have any other symptoms and have hypoglycemia or pre-diabetes. Only your doctor will be able to tell you.
Though, I doubt Parkinson's, and again only doctors tests will confirm, or even deny; I do know that Michael J. Fox had a problem during the filming of Doc Hollywood. One of his index fingers wouldn't stop twitching. Think it was a pinched nerve he went to the doctor at the conclusion of filming. It took a full-year to properly diagnose Parkinson's.
Since this is rather long - I recommend that you don't wait get seen by a doctor.
Take care,
Stargazer

+1; see a Doctor soon.
I have been a diabetic for many years (on insulin), and I notice that, among all the possible symptoms of hypoglycemia I can and do get, I frequently get a tremor in my hands that goes away after I eat.

When the little voice in your head says something is wrong enough to ask here it is time to see your doctor.
Nobody wants to get poked and prodded but it's better to hear, "nothing is wrong," or "a small diet change is all you need," then to wait and hear your doctor say, "if you only came a few months ago..."
Please listen to your little voice and make an appointment.

I don't have diabetes. I already test for blood sucrose, cholesterol level. I am normal. My therapist said I have anxiety. He said all of his other patients have occasional hand shaking problem.

Blood GLucose, not SUcrose. And even if you have anxiety, it doesn't typically manifest as a tremor when you're hungry. Although if you do have anxiety, this is going to be freaking you out (I'm guessing it already is, since your first post goes right to diagnosing yourself with Parkinson's). Seriously, it's probably just hypoglycemia. Start keeping track of your meals, and when it starts up. After a week or two, look back at the notes you're taking. Look for a pattern - is it only after 5 hours between food? 8 hours? 2 hours? First thing in the morning only? If there's no pattern, go to your doctor ( not your therapist), bring in the notes, and say "it's not time related." A decent doc should start looking to other causes.

There might be another bit of data that would be useful, but requires some equipment. If you know someone who is diabetic and has a glucose meter (to check their blood sugar level), see if they could take your blood sugar when you get this hand shaking, and add it to the other data you are recording. This one number, taken at the time of the symptoms, could reveal a lot. Whenever I get some symptom that I don't recognize, the first question my Doctor asks when I tell her about it, is: "when it happens, did you check your blood sugar?"

Oops, one other thing that I should mention. You do not have to be diagnosed as "Diabetic" to have the instances of HYPOglycemia (low blood sugar) that we are discussing. "Diabetic" means that you have HYYPERglycemia (high blood sugar).
The cause of concern is that non-diabetic people who have such instances of low blood sugar seem to be at much higher risk to go one to develop full blown diabetes, which you don't want to do. So instances of low blood sugar could be seen as a warning sign that gives you a chance take action (e.g. diet modifications)to avoid something worse, specifically diabetes.
It sounds contradictory that low blood sugar could indicate potential diabetes, but to my mind, it is just a symptom that there is something going wrong with the automatic blood sugar regulatory system in the body, and when that breaks down, you end up with diabetes.

I agree with JShannon. Next time it occurs, eat a candy bar and see if it doesn't get better in 15-30minutes.
