just had to change a tube on my bicycle, and couldn't find my nylon rim tools to remove the tire's bead... pulled a couple of clothes pins apart... they worked well... no pinched tube, and long enough to hook the spoke and not move....(this is for your Ho Chi Minh Trail bicycle bug out vehicle...HCMTBBOV (new acronym)) smile

You can carry this tool attached to a fender support with a baseball card inserted into the spokes for a cool sound. The card can also be an emergency barter item.
