Ken..the entire thing zips up tight,legs included.there is a big knit collar that i assume was ment to go under the helmet and cover the back of your neck.the inside is lined with poly insulation like a sleeping bag.the shot was taken on a 80F day we had so i just pulled it on for the shot without zipping everything up.the red should be a standout if i'm outside the car clearing snow from the tires,or whatever.this one is sort of old with the first Polaris logo so it might be a collectors item,for a buck i had to have it.
the boots by the way are made by Cooke Sewing here in Minnesota.they are well known in the canoe gang for their packs and tarps.i got those from a friend who worked at one of the dog sled races,he said he stood for hours at one of the check points and never had cold feet.
and lots of outside pockets that i'll fill with candy bars,Bic lighters and big candles,no need to unzip and loose heat for a snack.
