While the umbrella and his outfit are not coordinated to any degree, the flowers are a nice offset to the fixed bayonet.
There is a disjunction between the umbrella and everything else. The brown racing stripes on his shorts echo nicely the wood on the AK. Who says you can't be classy fighting a civil war?
