Funny you should mention fish farming as I have considered it as a business venture. With so many problems occurring in the red meat supply, contamination of streams and lakes with mercury & PCB's which get into the fish supply, and more people looking to cut down on their consumption of red meat, it seems like a natural money maker. The problem is and always has been, as in any business, startup costs and establishing your reputation and customer base. Unfortunately, that takes me out of the running. I hope you succeed if you try for it.

The nice thing about fresh water fishing, other than sturgeon, or a monster catfish there aren't any fish big enough to pull you out of the boat or tip the boat over.
