In an effort to get more specific discussion going... Has anyone had any experience in starting a community emergency response team? Does anyone know of any federal / state / or local starting points for this. <br><br>I have perused the Fema CERT literature but there are no specific pointers on how to get one started (unless I missed it which is possible) <br><br>BeachDoc? you got anything through your affiliation with Fema that might help here?<br><br>Other than National Guard, Fema, Red Cross, ARRL, Civil Air Patrol anyone know of any other org's that might be either included in a coordinated effort at this level or sponsoring their own?<br><br>Anyone know if Fema sponsors volunteer coordination of these other resources during disasters?
