Hi all,
Normally I would just keep every gun that is given to me, but I recently inherited a collection. Now I have some duplicates and others I simple do not want.

I live in Illinois. Is there any legal way to sell them on-line, like ebay? Any recommendations?

Definitely NOT eBay!

Living in Illinois means you have special problems.

I suggest visiting a couple of gun websites such as The Firing Line or The High Road and reading some of the answers there.

Then visit an attorney to advise you for real.

Illinois is not a gun-friendly state so you'd best be sure to stay on the right side of the law.

No doubt IL is gun unfriendly, that's why I mentioned it. Wasn't even considering eBay, just on-line auction.

That's good advice about the attorney. One of the guys in my dog training group is an attorney and gun enthusiast. I will have to ask him about it.

I'm not doing anything until I know how to do it legally.
