I envy you, wildman.

I remember fondly the days when my edc included a comb. Currently the bandanna serves that function. *sigh*

My edc has changed considerably since moving from chicago to tallahassee and thence to west palm beach. I now have fewer pockets and lighter weight, elastic waisted trousers; carrying the boreal forest edc items resulted in a sort of fat, old white guy gangsta look as my shorts subsided to my ankles.

so the edc stuff has migrated into a european shoulder bag/fast action gun bag/man purse. EDC pocket contents now consists of a spyderco police folder with a car key attached, and my house/car key ring. The car key redundancy happened after I locked the murse in the car a Petsmart, along with the keys.

The murse approach is promising, but requires a new level of discipline to consistently wear it.
