I try to get an hour or so daily bicycle ride, so have been somewhat changing priorities to my EDC... notably switching from a Vic Farmer to a multi tool...but in doing so lost some room in the generic belt pouch for the mini Bic.... so decided to down size from the Vic Swiss Tool (outstanding blades but heavy) to a Leatherman Juice I just got as a present...this gave me a good needle nose, blade, opener, and scissors and a little room for a flat TOPS (knife company) whistle with ferro rod taped to it , and a PJCB stuffed into a plastic straw for tinder... a hacksaw section and a couple of heavy duty safety pins and needles completes the pack...I don't spend time in the woods, but for the relatively small space it occupies, it's nice to have fire starting materials
