Hey gang!

One of the best things about this site is learning from each other. You guys have so much wisdom to share. One of the things I enjoy doing is checking out everyone's websites and blogs. I've found a few new favourites that way. I thought it might be nice to have a central listing of them so if you've got a survival related blog or website, could you let us know what it is? I'm not trying to drive traffic away from ETS, just looking to simplify my holiday reading search. wink

Bacpac, I don't have a blog but can share some links of websites and blogs that are not directly survival concentric but cover outdoor related gear reviews, hiking, general outdoor news/, adventure/expedition reports etc.

Let me know if you want me to post them...

I regularly visit about 20 different outdoors related websites/forums/blogs. I have pared the list down and as noted in my previous post, these links are not directly related to survival but more general outdoors activities. My interests in the outdoors probably varies as much as the next person so some of these links may of no help or interest to some.

Gear Junkie (General outdoor gear reviews etc)

Outside Magazine Blog

National Geographic Adventure Blog

Exploresweb (Global news on adventures and adventurers)

The Hiking Lady (My SO visits this one. A lot of female related gear reviews)
http://hikinglady.com/blog/

Tom Mangan (Personal outdoor/hiking blog. Check the bottom of the home page there are enough related links to keep you busy reading for months...)
http://www.tommangan.net/twoheeldrive/

Club Tread (Not a blog but has trip reports such as hiking and moutain climbing from all areas of BC Canada. Worth it just for photos)

Sheesh. You're as bad as I am.

Usually I glance over 95% of the articles etc, but some that piques my interest, I save to Instapaper then read offline in the Kindle format later when time permits.
