I'm going out on a limb here, but I don't see his demise as impacting world events in a bad way. I don't think it will even impact N.Korea in a bad way. That may be a stretch, with Jong being such an irreplaceable dude. So is the youngest Kim son still the fav to become the next "Dear Leader"?

Maybe someone who knows something about rice production and distribution can move to the top -- Doh, dopey me, not a democracy.

He must be having a party with Hussein, Gaddafi, and Hitler in hell.

It amazes me how many boards have a thread dedicated to this.

The biggest, and most relevant, question is "What will Kim Jong Un do"? He's younger, computer savvy, and presumably less eccentric then his grandfather. But, he's also lobed artillery at South Korea in the past.
