They had all the technology - GPS and cell phone. All they lacked was judgement and the ability to travel in the wild.

So the flashlight(s) they had were packed and lost with their gear while hiking after dark closed in, but they still had a cellphone? Always good to have priorities straight. A cellphone can act as a flashlight, but a flashlight cannot act as a cellphone :scratches head:
