I recently bought an Ipod Touch, and I was curious as to if anyone here knows any good apps that are survival related? If possible reply with a link, Thank You very much!

I think DR had a similar thread. Try searching and see if it comes up. As I recall, wasn't much. Some first aid apps, I think there's a slimmed down version of the SAS guide too somewhere.

Other than the iPhone 4's onboard Maps and Compass apps, I've also got Here I Am (not useful without GPS), iTopoMaps (less useful without GPS but not useless), myLite (not useful without a flash), wikiHow: How to and DIY Survival Kit, iMedJet, the paid version of the Ultimate SAS Survival Guide, and the US Army Ranger Handbook.

I think all of them were free other than the Ultimate SAS Survival Guide. I'm a bit of a packrat when it comes to books and apps, with reference apps triggering both of my packrat reflexes.

There's the Smoke Signal App. Start a fire, toss the gizmo in...

On top of those above, I also have KG Free which is a good guide for tying a small number of knots

Depends what you mean by 'survival' but I find the app 'ShowTheLoo' great when out and about!

I think that in a real emergency, the mobile network will most likely grind to a halt, so I am not planning on relying on anything that needs it. However, I have downloaded a free PDF reader and am in the process of digitising all my important documents, so if I have to evacuate I have a readable electronic copy of it all with me (as well as paper versions). Also for public transport routes and timetables etc, anything that could help me get home. And downloaded maps for the area.

Columbia Sportswear came out with an iOS app last January called Take Ten to the Great Outdoors, sized for iphone or ipod Touch. It's based on the Ten Essential Groups.

Are you talking about something you'd put on the device to learn in advance of being in a survival situation, or something you'd plan to use DURING a survival incident? If it's the latter I'd recommend a book, not an electronic app. I have both the Army Survival Guide and the SAS Handbook in book form and like them both. They would be great for reading/learning IN ADVANCE of a survival situation on your device. DURING a survival situation, I would first use the device try to make an emergency phone call or send a text message/email, then to get my coordinates (GPS) and write those down for later use, and then remove the battery and short it out to generate sparks to light a fire. Angry Birds, while fun, is mostly useless in a survival situation.
