Actually it´s a soup in dried form. Around here it can be found in cheap supermarkets and small food stores. As it´s not exactly popular you might have to try a few stores before you find it.

I'm polish I go for the real pork deal:

Matt, since I am in an area with both Basques and Mexicans, then my preferred sausage is Chorizo. Good hot and spicy is the best.
