I think I was the one that started that thread. For the life of me I can't think of a reason buying the book would be worth it. The website is still up:
http://hundredpushups.com/week1.htmlI did quickly see an improvement in my ability to do pushup...at first. After 3-4 weeks I hit a plateau and improvement slowed to a crawl. Around week five I hurt my wrist (unrelated to the workout) and couldn't do pushups for over a year.
