“Make bulk purchase of items to include:

Weatherproofed ammunition or match containers

Meals Ready to Eat

Night Vision Devices; night flashlights; gas masks

High capacity magazines

Bi-pods or tri-pods for rifles”

Should be reported to their local FBI office.

So where is the line drawn for folks who are tagged as being prepared, being a prepper, being a survivalist or a suspected terrorist? Labels and tags matter when put on internal state security and intelligence databases.
