It does take a thumb pull on the switch and then one finger to roll the axis point back, using the nubs on the axis. But for one hand opening and closing its very easy. Especially the closing.

Just got it in the mail this morning and I flat out love it! Now I Have the dilemma of keeping it as a safe queen cause at this moment is the nicest most expensive knife I own lol.

EDC is a SAK Classic on the keychain and a Spyderco Dragonfly or Blade-tech Mouse Lite in the pocket. Little, inexpensive folders are perfect for everyday tasks and disappear in the pocket. Plus I don't have to baby it. Day pack has a Leatherman Charge Ti.
