I'll probably be drummed out of ETS for saying this, but when I'm going about my daily business in town I almost never EDC a knife. All I carry is my wallet, cell phone and my keys. I do keep an LED light on my key ring. In my truck I keep some tools as well as a Streamlight LED headlamp, as well as a knife or two. When I do carry a knife it's generally a Kershaw Chive or Scallion.

When out of town I do carry knives.

I have several SAKs so I suppose I should try to get myself used to carrying one again. The problem is that I pathologically dislike carrying stuff in my pockets. It took years for me to get to where I could tolerate carrying a phone and even now I won't buy anything that's very big.

Years ago I carried a Spyderco Endura. Now I have a Delica in VG-10. That's probably small enough to carry.

Leatherman on my belt, SAK on my keyring, Gerber multitool in my purse, SAK in my PSK. As well as Buck/CRKT folder tucked into various kits that are usually on-hand.

What has this forum done to me?!

EDC varies with the activity. Work is an office with a no knives rule so I carry small harmless things like an ALOX SAK money clip (small blade and scissors) and a Leatherman E4 (yeah, I follow the rules sooo well). Around the house/town I like a larger SAK and my benchmade folders (benchmite, grip, mini-grip, mini-pika). Usually a leatherman charge-TI nearby or at least an old super tool also. To further corrupt a phrase - so many knives, so little time and not enough pockets.

For what it is worth I love my benchmade knives. The Axis lock has been rock solid for me.

Good to see the variety! Always fun to see what the community packs in their EDC. Its gotten to the point if I dont have my Basic EDC loud out I feel nekkid.

Most every day (while at work and home) I carry Doug's mini RSK Mk1.

The clip is a tad chipped and scratched. The current version has a silver clip - which is age much more gracefully.

A faaaaaantastic knife!

When I head out camping I swap it out with the fullsize version of the RSK Mk1.

I originally carried the black-handled Mk1, but my wonderful wife surprised me with an orange-handled Mk1 a while back (after I had a moment of panic thinking I'd dropped the black-handled knife in a field).

Generally my pocket rotates a Buck Redpoint or a Case Sodbuster Jr.. I really do love the Sodbuster for its classic look.

In my EDC kit I carry a Leatherman. The EDC is in a backpack usually which also has a Ritter Mk1 and because I am lazy I haven't taken out the Bear Grylls fixed blade for the last couple months.
