I have one I bought in Canada. It is pretty nifty, but of very poor quality. I wouldn't trust it for anything. I carry my multitool, flashlight, compass, and monocular seperate. <img src="images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

I've seen them as promotional giveaways from businesses.The quality is pretty poor, nothing I'd depend on.
