I checked the links on Falcon's post above and if those price figures hold after the ResQLink is authorized for release by FCC, I'll be all over it.
Edit: Due to the Would you attempt to walk to safety? scenario, I moved the FF 210 from my flight bag to my truck's GHB. The GHB is always in the truck so it's a good place for the PLB. It can easily be moved back to the flight bag before a flight, if I don't replace it with a ResQLink first.

Better is the Enemy of Good Enough. Okay, what’s your point??
I like the ResQLink but I'll wait for the price drop which usually arrives a few months after the initial product release.
Same here. I have a SPOT-2 now (I know, it's not a PLB) but I'm keeping a close eye on the ResQLink and will transition to it rather than maintain the subscription on the SPOT-2.

Others here have convinced me that it is better to carry the PLB in a pocket on my person while traveling. Doug's advice of "If it isn't with you, it can't save you" puts it in a nutshell.
Like Doug, I carry a FastFind 210 and will be purchasing the new ACR when it comes out. I typically carry my FastFind 210 in my leg pocket or fanny pack.
