I've found there are bad and goo people everywhere. Take Eastree's example, I've seen just as many people in the country that are wholly dependent on Walmart, just as many people in the country that will cut you off, run the lights (or stop signs), cross the center line on curves, etc. Those people are not limited to the city.

I've also found many good people in both.
